Skin Peels
Skin peels are a popular way to treat your skin and rejuvenate your appearance. Our aestheticians are skilled in a number of different types of peels, as this definitely is not a “one size fits all” technique. Different formulas and application times will be tailored specifically for your type of skin and problem areas. The treatment will leave you looking great and feeling refreshed. As with many other “no downtime” skin rejuvenation techniques, a series of treatments may be required to achieve the desired effect.

What to Expect
Once we have assessed your problem areas, a treatment program will be developed. The peels are performed in our office by our skilled and experienced aestheticians in our treatment rooms. While you relax in this spa-like environment, your specifically selected peel formula will be used to rejuvenate your skin.
In most cases, you can return to normal activities right away although your skin may be somewhat red, especially if the peel is relatively deep. In addition to the use of sunscreen and avoidance of strong sun exposure, we will give you additional instructions on how to care for your skin after treatment to maximize your results.
While you will likely see some improvement after a single treatment, we may recommend a series of treatments scheduled a few weeks apart for maximum benefit.
In addition to being a great stand-alone treatment, it also is an excellent addition to other procedures, both surgical and non-surgical, that will improve your overall appearance and result.
Types of Peels
Micro Peel intensifies a microdermabrasion treatment by adding a chemical peel. This is a great way to boost your microdermabrasion and is also more cost-efficient than having the treatments individually.
Recovery
Treated areas take about seven to 14 days to heal.
